1.Entries £10.00 per class. Numbers are limited. Late entries £5.00 extra per class if room.

Entries close the Monday before the event 9am

2. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organizers, the Landowner, and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants, or horses and ponies, howsoever caused at East Soley E. C. 2000.

3. In all cases the judges decision is final.

4. Galloping is forbidden on the premises.

5. SORRY - NO DOGS ALLOWED.

6. No refund of entry fees will be made except on receipt of a vet's or doctor's certificate.

7. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the show, alter classes, judges, times or any of the published information, In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded less £3.00 to cover administration costs.

8. Ridden horses and ponies must be 4 years old and over.

9. Riders must be 4years old and over.

10. Entries may be limited. Classes may be split or closed according to entries.

11.Any mounted persons must wear a correctly secured BS4472 or 6473 or PAS015 skull caps/ riding hats are recommended to be worn at all times when mounted.

12. All pure breed ponies must be shown in their natural state.

13. Colts 2 years old and over must have a current NPS or breed society license or as age laid by their respective breed societies.

14. In all classes whips must not exceed 30 inches.

15. HORSES AND PONIES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE LUNGED AT ANY TIME.
